How to legally find “free” and inexpensive images on the web.

Why this matters

We all  need photos for our websites. Inside we know that we are not supposed to download other people’s photos, but it is often tempting because there are so many out there and it’s just a click away. But the reality is that it is both illegal and unethical.

However, there are sources of high quality “free” or very inexpensive images on the web. This video will  help you see the vast libraries available. It takes just a little more effort, but the images are beautiful, and it is legal and ethical.

Many, many images are available on the web through what is called a “creative commons license” or through “royalty free license”. These are both explained in this video.
